Colleen Vidockler is the Chief Financial Officer at Aurrera Health Group. She started supporting the firm in January 2024 as Aurrera’s fractional CFO and joined full-time in October 2024. She brings over 15 years of financial management experience working in corporate banking and private and nonprofit mission-driven organizations. In her role, Colleen is responsible for Aurrera Heath’s finances, insurance, and business development, ensuring the organization aligns its financial and strategic goals.
Colleen began her career at Goldman Sachs where she served as an operations and relationship manager, acting as the primary contact for clients with over $75 billion in assets under management. She was pivotal in developing compliance-aligned operational procedures, enhancing cross-divisional workflows, and supporting critical business migrations. Colleen collaborated closely with internal and external clients to streamline processes, reduce risks, and enhance efficiency, ultimately driving new business opportunities.
As an accomplished finance and operations leader, Colleen pivoted her career to spend the last decade focused on advancing impact in mission-driven organizations. She joined a national education strategy and policy organization as their CFO. Colleen played a key role in advancing the organization’s strategic goals of growth and sustainability, driving a sustained increase in revenue and headcount while strengthening financial and operational stability. Transitioning to fractional CFO consulting, she has spent the past five years partnering with non-profits and mission-driven businesses to improve their financial and operational foundations. Colleen combines her financial expertise with a collaborative approach, building cross-functional partnerships to drive strategic growth and deliver impactful results.
Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University. She lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Roquefort. She also volunteers at a local elementary school and serves on the board of a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating climate innovation and restoration through live events.
