Educating Medicaid Members About the End of the Public Health Emergency in North Dakota

Aurrera Health supported the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services through a subcontract to develop and implement a communications campaign for Medicaid enrollees about the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE). Aurrera Health crafted messages for different audiences to ensure that enrollees understood actions they would need to take in advance of the end of the PHE and resources that were available to help eligible individuals maintain their coverage. We also developed a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan that identified key stakeholders who could assist with outreach to enrollees. Aurrera Health also hosted webinars on behalf of the state.
