Senior Policy Consultant
Kelly Rozier is a Senior Policy Consultant with the Integrated Care team at Aurrera Health Group, where she supports Medicaid and behavioral health policy projects related to the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiative.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health, Kelly was a Project Manager with the California Social Work Education Center where she managed reporting for multiple statewide projects, conducted data collection and analysis, and designed and implemented evaluation methods for pilot programs. Kelly also worked as a Policy Analyst with the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research contributing to the mixed-methods evaluation of California’s Medicaid section 1115 waiver program, Whole Person Care.
Kelly also worked as an Operations Manager for the Alameda County Homeless Action Center where she supported various initiatives, including leading the planning and implementation of an emergency health and safety program. Kelly holds a master’s of public health from University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys dancing, gardening, and playing soccer with her husband.
