Deputy Director
Molly Jones, MSW works on projects focused on strengthening behavioral health service delivery systems, integrating behavioral health in primary care settings, and designing policy and reimbursement mechanisms to expand access to high-quality care.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health Group, Molly worked at the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association where she supported 19 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) with health information technology strategy and optimization, clinical and operations process improvement, and behavioral health policy and program development. Molly supported FQHCs to design program, policy, and reimbursement mechanisms to become methadone providers, supported clinics to operationalize integrated behavioral health care models including the Primary Care Behavioral Health Model, Collaborative Care Model, and General Behavioral Health Integration Model, and worked to strengthen County and FQHC partnerships.
Molly holds a master’s degree in social work with a focus in healthcare administration and policy, and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. A native and proud Wisconsinite, Molly is a dairy connoisseur, loves exploring the outdoors, and spends most of her energy attempting to keep up with her daughter.
