Nicole Fair, MS, leverages her experience in managed care quality and performance measurement to support state, federal, and foundation clients on initiatives focused on health care quality and access.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health Group, Nicole served as a Director in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics department at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., where she provided oversight of analytic activities related to performance measures, focus studies, and quality rating systems as part of External Quality Review (EQR) contracts for 11 states. In this role, she used quality measures to evaluate health care policies and programs related to specific populations, assessed health disparities, worked to improve health equity, provided actionable and data-driven recommendations to states, and assisted Medicaid agencies with meeting state legislative and CMS requirements, including EQR technical reports and quality rating systems. She also played a large role in assisting the California Department of Health Care Services in the design, implementation, and assessment of the Workforce Quality & Incentive Program.
Nicole holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in biology and writing/rhetoric from Syracuse University. Nicole resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, having Taylor Swift dance parties, and spending quality time with family and friends.
