Hana Elkhayat is Aurrera Health Group’s Senior Human Resources Generalist. She joined our team in 2023 and serves as the primary HR subject matter expert for the company. In her role, Hana will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, and uphold the highest standards of HR compliance ensuring that our company remains steadfast in its commitment to making impactful changes in the health care delivery system and representing our core values through our exceptional workforce.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health Group, Hana was an HR and Business Operations Manager for a cybersecurity start-up where she took ownership of all HR operations and streamlined processes to enhance overall business efficiency and growth. Her commitment to understanding diverse organizational needs allowed her to make a significant impact in implementing effective HR strategies that fostered diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Hana previously worked as an HR Generalist for OmegaComp HR, a Sacramento-based company, where she provided comprehensive HR support and guidance to clients across various industries and of varying sizes.
Hana holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Sacramento. In her free time, you can catch her indulging in a great cup of coffee from one of Sacramento’s thriving local coffee shops or searching for her next travel destination.
