Policy Consultant
Reatha Conn, MPH, joined Aurrera Health Group in February 2021 and serves as a Policy Consultant for Medicaid Policy and Programs. In this role, she supports Community Engagement projects on the Medicaid Policy & Programs team.
Prior to joining the Aurrera Health team, Reatha successfully designed and established a new comprehensive health career pipeline program at the Public Health Institute to diversify the health professions and improve the quality of life of those most impacted by health disparities. A core component of Reatha’s role focused on project management, stakeholder and community engagement, and public health.
Additionally, Reatha has worked with ten nonprofit organizations throughout California and developed a commitment to uplifting the community’s voice, lived experiences, and being a strong advocate for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Reatha earned a master’s degree in public health from Fresno State University and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and gender and women’s studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Reatha loves to hike, skate, and cook.
