Aurrera Health served as an independent evaluator for a Sacramento County Mental Health Services Act Innovation Project to develop a “Behavioral Health Crisis Services Collaborative.” The Innovation Project was a public-private partnership between a hospital system and the County of Sacramento and integrated adult crisis stabilization services and intensive mental health services at a medical center in the community.

The Aurrera Health team worked with hospital and county leadership to identify metrics for evaluation, ensured data was accurately and reliably tracked for analysis, and analyzed data on clients served, program outcomes, and linkages to care. We also conducted interviews with key project stakeholders to provide qualitative analysis of the public-private partnership for quarterly and annual evaluation reports.
