Aurrera Health supported the Resilient Tennessee Collaborative (RTC) to develop a three year strategic plan. RTC was established by the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth to take a broad, cross-sector approach to raising awareness and promoting trauma-responsive systems that support resilience among families and communities. Aurrera Health conducted an organizational assessment by reviewing historical documents and conducting stakeholder interviews to help inform the strategic planning process. In addition, we convened a Strategic Planning Steering Committee representing the diversity of the state with an in person kick off meeting and several virtual meetings. With input from the Strategic Planning Steering Committee, we assembled a charter; vision, mission, goals and strategies for the strategic plan. We also created an implementation plan with action steps, resource allocation, timeline, and success metrics for the strategic plan.

I've worked in marketing and design for 18+ years, and even met my wife (also a graphic designer) while working at an ad agency. She is my balance. We now have two young children and are finally learning the value of sleep.
