Becoming a trauma-responsive organization is the pathway to providing compassionate, collaborative services for individuals, and supporting a happy, healthy, and resilient workforce. The journey to becoming trauma responsive starts with all of us: from frontline workers to executive leadership, across all sectors and types of employers including government, community-based organizations, health care providers, and private companies. Aurrera Health Group supports organizations through organizational assessments, strategic planning, in-person virtual workshops and trainings, and more. We also sponsor Pathways to Resilience, a national initiative to help states develop trauma-responsive policies and programs.
